When Schot Engineers was founded in 2020, it wasn't just about starting another engineering firm. It was about bringing back an approach that seemed to be disappearing: listening to customers, solving problems practically, and treating every project as if it were our own facility. Founded by two longtime colleagues with deep roots in hygienic manufacturing, the company was built on relationships, trust, and doing the job the right way.
